Certificates - Birth/Death/Marriage/Search Letters/Amendments
- Acceptable identification is required to order any certificate
- Normal delivery is by mail usually within 5 business days
- Rush service is available (document usually in the office the next business day)

Marriage Licences
- Acceptable identification is required of both applicants
- You will require your parent’s birthplace information and your mother maiden name
- If there has been a previous marriage, the final decree or Certificate of Divorce is required. You may obtain a certificate from Court of Queens Bench.

- Marriage licences are valid for 90 days and are printed in office
- Licences are processed up to 5:30 weekdays and 2:30 Saturdays

Legal Change of Name
- Acceptable identification is required
- Forms are available in the office
- Normal processing is six to eight weeks
- Requests can be made for faster processing
- Applications are accepted up to 5:30 weekdays and 2:30 Saturdays
